There is 3 months warranty on the workmanship of the technician and minimum 3 months warranty on spare part or
warranty specified by company on that spare part (for ex. 1 year warranty on compressor) and
sometimes no warranty if spare part made of plastic or Company is not offering any warranty

Labour cost depends on the type/amount of Work to be done to repair the faulty machine
and Visit charges only include the checking of machine to find the fault and give an estimate

AC servicing is a preventive maintenance process intended to clean the air conditioner and improve its performance. Servicing alone does not include a warranty against future electrical or mechanical failures.

Before commencing the service, our technician will thoroughly inspect and diagnose the AC unit. If any fault or defective component is identified, the customer will be informed before any repair work is carried out.

If no fault is detected during the inspection and only servicing is performed, the AC will be tested after completion of the service. The customer will be requested to verify the cooling performance and overall operation of the unit. Payment will be collected only after the customer is satisfied with the completed service.

Please note that if any new electrical or mechanical fault develops after the servicing (including within the next 2,3 days), it will not be covered under a service warranty. Such faults will be treated as separate repair issues and will be chargeable. As an air conditioner is an electronic appliance comprising multiple electrical and mechanical components, unexpected failures may occur at any time. The occurrence of a fault after servicing does not necessarily indicate that it was caused by the servicing process.

Important Note: If any damage to the AC's PCB (Printed Circuit Board), fan motor, or any other component is directly caused by the negligence of the BSD Enterprises service technician during the servicing process, BSD Enterprises will take full responsibility for the repair or replacement of the damaged part.

We give free estimates on call only, if visiting the customer premises is required to give an estimate, our Trained techincians visits the said premises, gives an estimate and If customer gives a positive consent to the technician, he gets the work done and charge the money according to the estimate given and if customer just wanted to get the estimate, our technician charges only visit charges or checking charges.

If there is any requirement of any spare part, our Technicians visit the particular authorised spare part dealer of the company of which part is required

Whenever Customer calls us for any type of repair service required, our Trained Technician visits the customer and identify the fault, gives an estimate to the customer
If customer gives a positive consent to the technician, he repairs the fault and charge the money according to the estimate given,
And no extra Visit charges are taken by us
